I am not going to be long-winded here I just want to get the point across. When you first meet with the owner of the company he promises you the world and sells you on a family environment. Unfortunately it cannot be farther from the truth. The owner prides himself on the fact they don’t have HR. He loves to brow beat and downgrade his employees. Name-calling is the norm here and everybody gets a demeaning nickname. They will use you for your contacts and cut you out like they didn’t even know you. I should’ve known to cut my ties with this company when I heard at our first meeting that we should go and look at the comments online via Glassdoor etc. and put more positive comments because they needed to boost their rating LOL. I guess I was blinded by what could’ve been.

*CEO- will sell you on bonuses that never seem to be paid out *There are about 6 Vice Presidents, none of which carry the weight of their work but rather, pass it on to the Directors, PM's and PMA's. *You will be overworked and when you try to express that, you will be deemed incompetent. *They claim to be a "family" environment but you can immediately see how there are favorites and people who are constantly bullied and picked on. *No room for growth, unless you are one of said favorites. *They hold everyone to different standards, complete discrimination.
