      Pros

      Hours are very flexible Managers are approachable and easy to talk to, always willing to answer any question Easy to get time off when needed, even at the last minute (like for a last minute doctor's appointment) Relaxed environment Not overly demanding when it comes to pushing the rewards card (just a simple mention of it is plenty)

      Cons

      A bit more training could help A new walkie system could definitely help Computers can be very slow at times, which doesn't help when helping customers with online orders

      Pros

      You get to wear sports clothes to work. You get to see the sale items before anyone else. They is a lot of flexibility to move to the department you want. Different sports departments to work in depending what you're looking for. There was option for over time which was nice.

      Cons

      No cons this is a great job to have while in school to make some extra cash.
