No upward mobility, as company isn't growing or willing to entertain risk to pursue a future vision. You're always the lackey at whatever company they put you at, which prevents career depth. Expect to be an engineer working in non-engineering roles as a CPM, or data entry technician. Leadership takes advantage of everyone's "can-do" attitude and puts you on projects that don't grow you as an engineer because "we have to do the work our customers want". Most projects are staff augmentation, and many require long commute times to be there in person. Communication about your next project causes anxiety because it has a 70% chance of being an in-person, mind-numbing project. Pay is absolutely abysmal - expect to be lower than the 10% percentile.
