delhi based job with slip chances of getting tranfers

health hazards.. bad policies for the employees with no career group. no doubt that one will remain a train operator lifelong. grilling working hours and that too 6 day working. senior are like your enimies. these are man eaters. most of the employees keep on preparing for other exam even after working as long as for 6 to 8 years. i am also planning to leave this job as soon as possible
