Pros

- Quirky style office based in the heart of Farringdon - Sociable friendly team - Small boutique environment - Fun Summer and Christmas parties

Cons

- The CEO is too hands on doesn't give consultants the space to grow and develop - Micro Managing Environment - Very poor commission structure that's only introduced to you after you join, also overly complicated. - Like most recruitment agencies it's target driven however this agency way more than most. You will be treated by the owner like a Hero one month but should you slip on billing the next you are really in the doghouse. - The company does't feel like it has any long term strategy or goals to develop as a business, its all about billing for that month and not around long term growth - The CEO is a good recruiter in his field but not a good manager. - Poor reputation with many candidates and clients

Pros

None. The worst place I've worked.

Cons

Horrible enviornment, thankfully it's remote so you don't have to see everybody all the time. Most bizarre place I have ever worked, the CEO is all over the shop, he has no concept of customer service. The way he speaks to clients and candidates is embaressing, he has such a bad rep in the indsutry. You will be treated like a Hero one month but should you slip on billing the next you are really in the doghouse and you will be spoken to like you're an idiot and ignored until you give up and leave. The lost 20 people in the time I was there, 20 decent people that just got caught in the trap of big promises made by the senior managment team. The operations guy is a snake oil salesman, wheeling a dealing, lots of running around and hot air but really no one knows what he does all day as he adds no value. Luckily I kept my head down, fed his ego and stayed out of his way, others we not so lucky. Very poor commission structure that's only introduced to you after you join, also overly complicated. People work hard to meet targets and never make any money. Usually because the CEO cherry picks the roles he likes and then is on everyones case for not filling as many jobs as him. Since leaving I have found a whole network of people, clients, candidates and ex staff that had a terrible experience with this company. If you do make the mistake of joining them as the alure of working remote is a huge pull then wait till you've been paid to leave as they will not pay you what they owe you and then flumox you in all sorts of legal jargon so that you give up chasing for it. They still owe me but I'm not holding my breath.
