Pros
The culture here is awesome. The CEO is the best person I've ever worked for - nice, fun, laid back - in addition to being a very smart and hard working person! He accommodated my schedule and was always courteous and flexible. The whole staff is great - they organize fun bonding activities and are all extremely smart people. I miss working at DNAstack! - fast-paced and innovative company - forward-thinking management - can work remotely - competitive pay - interesting work - beautiful offices at convenient location
Cons
- Little structure and few processes set up - this is the nature of start-up companies! One must be a flexible problem solver and be willing to help create and monitor the processes.

The people are undoubtedly the best asset of the company. The team is supportive, collaborative, and genuinely great to work with. Additionally, the work we do is meaningful, which makes the job feel rewarding.
Cons
Unfortunately, there’s a lack of space and opportunities to grow, both vertically and horizontally. Career development feels limited, which can be discouraging for those looking to advance or explore new roles within the organization.
