      Take advantage of staff

      Good and caring colleagues that help each other

      Cons

      One of the boss keeps taking advantage of the staff, prepare schedule and to work 31 days a month but no increment for the staff under his care. The staff under the other boss all getting increment

      Pros

      DOXA/VANTAGE, now called after a recent merger with another company, encourages high-quality work and great communication. Even though I work remotely, I still feel part of a solid team. I love the clients and the work. An atmosphere of creativity and collaboration is encouraged.

      Cons

      I have recently had a baby and my living expenses have gone up. I asked for a raise and got one, but I still feel it is not enough. I don't think I will make sufficient money if I continue to work here.
