      This organization provided me a tremendous amount of personal growth and the skills I learned allowed me to transition into a number of different roles.

      Cons

      The company struggled to keep its doors open and ultimately were purchased by a competitor.

      Pros

      Working in solar is fun, interesting, and challenging. Draker was an early market leader, had many loyal customers, and many potential customers who wanted to benefit from the technical knowledge of the team, and the embedded benefits in the product.

      Cons

      Draker did not make the transition from early market leader to growth market leader. While the company stagnated, competitors caught up. Anyone who bothered to do a real evaluation of product and technology could see there was little differentiation left.
