      Flexible work-from-home option, but poor holiday benefits

      Fully work from home very flexible with schedule

      Cons

      No paid holidays other than Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. All other holidays you have to use you PTO or not get paid been here for years now and they don’t care to change it. They level themselves as a good place to work but are not willing to make changes to keep the worker they have

      -horrible micromanaging - processes constantly changing without informing the team. - pay isn’t competitive. - unfair work load or added work load for no pay increase. - no advancement opportunities

      Coworkers were nice. Job was straight forward. Good employee training.

      Pay was disappointing. Managers were often unavailable and unhelpful when dealing with customer complaints.
