Pros
Great hours, honors contract, co-workers are amazing.
Cons
Site manager and above all treat you like pond scum. They don't want to recruit new drivers and are not there for you when you need them. They wanna give you a cookout instead of a raise or Air conditioned buses. They also want to blame your co-workers for accidents instead of rewarding the drivers who never have them.
