The Owner yells at his employees, is paranoid about everything, fires people excessively and in front of others, is abusive, moody, and just plan horrible to work for. In reading the reviews, where people honestly commented on that behavior, he replies with complete denial. There is a lack of self awareness that will not change. There is a common theme of what most employees think of him. Those who stay are scared of him, and he enjoys that. Most people who work there are young, so do not know their options of filing hostile work environment suits.

The Owner of the company treats people horribly. He believes that everyone is out to get him, which is odd behavior for someone who is obviously smart. He was often times abusive to his staff. He has a few long time followers, who obviously wrote some good reviews for him to cover up the negative reviews. It most likely is an HR nightmare, although from what I heard when I was there, he did not believe in human resources being involved in his business. Red flag! There were times that I saw him act downright cruel to people. You can tell from his responses to the negative posts that he is ready to fight. This is basically the behavior you will witness when employed at this company.
