7yAlex here. Being responsible for the Asia region I’m sorry to hear you’re feeling this way about us. At DTV we pride ourselves on our happy and supportive culture and it’s upsetting to think that you haven’t felt the benefits of that. Especially when these are the values that have been commented on positively by so many of our teams - past and present.
We give our people autonomy to meet their goals but we also ensure they are well supported. There is very much an open door policy right up to the CEO so we know who needs help and we make sure they get it. And to muck in and help too if an extra pair or two of hands is needed.
