      Somewhat flexible work hours or work from home if needed.

      Cons

      Raises do not exist. No bonuses. If you want more pay, work more overtime.

      Flexible schedule for the most part with a health work life balance. Not a lot of micromanagement for the most part.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, the company continued to trend in the wrong direction for many years, that eventually led to a forced fire sale for pennies on the dollar.
