This review doesn't comes out of a frustated mind; infact from a helpless past employee. As a fresher life is even more hell. Freshers have to 1) sign a bond of 1.5 lakhs (zero balance cheque they take immediately you join) against two years- 3 years if deploma holder They say six months training - man forget training you will start working day and night directly with no variable for 6 months 2) manager make you work extended 2-3 hours apart from already strict 9 hours and even weekends frequently. 3)no sick leave- shameful 4) once you resign they threaten you for court case even if you agree to pay bond.(god knows what case) 5)manager wont leave you before 2 months notice even if you are free- manager says go to HR and HR says go to manager and you keep getting frustated. 6)20% salary is variable and under manager's hand - which you will get like diwali bonus once in a year 7) Even if you resign after 19 months- you have to pay 1.5 lakhs (Don't try in vain even CEO didnt did anything) 8) And if you are unlucky you will get a villager as manager who shouts at you like hell; highly overconfident and very Cunning. He has made a self proclaimed image of being skilled 9)New HR team looked promising but again looked helpless at the same time against managers 9)I can challenge them on any of the above points if they deny

1.)hired for daffodil but offered a startup offer letter applane solutions upon joining 2.)they also threaten to take legal action to employs who leave the company, also to me they did when i didnt accept the offer for applane. 3.) no proper cafeteria 4.) unprofessional company with unprofessional senior management 5.) useless medial facility which you wont get any benefit
