Pros

The company believes in 'do what is right' approach. Colleagues were friendly to approach.

Cons

Decision at top level sometime derail due to work to satisfy them. Do what is right and express the right things is sometime difficult. Less transparency and when things actually broken and blame game.

Pros

The culture was some what good when i joined on 2012 but it is now worse.

Cons

I am agree with all negative review about this company. CTO and other good techies already left from here. Only people who have no knowledge about new technology is working here and at management level its completely mess. Business is going down and now these people are cheating people in order to get money. Its kind of VAS company and they are making money by subscribing user without their knowledge with help of telecom company in bulk. For example airtel share 3 lac number to them and they subscribe all nember with so called free pack and if they will not dial some number then they will be automatically charged. I felt like doing illegal things when i came to know all these things and left as soon as i can. Completely agree with below fact of one of my colleague: 1. Senior Management Attitude & Behavior is unprofessional. Use of abusive words during meetings, accusing tones in emails are common. 2. Deadlines are decided and only when the deadlines are about to be over, the product requirements are shared and discussed for feasibility. Testing time is minimized as developers are hardly left with any time before the launch. 3. The changes are directly pushed to production without any testing. Corner case bugs are often found only in production. Clients have often sent notices due to major bugs. 4. Policies are created / modified whenever the senior management wishes. 5. Products are usually started off with different requirements but later the core requirements are changed which leads to the product being very similar /exactly same as the previous products. New product lack direction and often clear separation of requirements is lacking. 6. Unethical means of charging customers and earning money. Though the VAS industry might be doing the same but in no ways, does it mean that what this company does is ethical. This is done in partnership with the clients. Governance laws (if implemented properly) should kill their profits. You would not feel good about being a part of it. 7. You need to provide weekend support even though the job description may not mention this. 8. At whatever position you are, you would still be doing the same tasks. Your designation is "irrelevant".
