The only pro is that there is overtime available and they reimburse for certifications.
Cons
I have held many positions in this company within the past few years, so I have a broad knowledge base on how this company operates. Upper-level management treats the employees' sub-par and they have an extraordinarily high turnover rate. Besides the management staff, I do not know anyone in the past few years that is still working for this company. Most people find better employment within a year of working for this company. The pay is extremely low compared to similar jobs, and the benefits are sub-par. Frequently management will change the job titles of their employee's and add many new responsibilities with no additional pay or training. I can recall many times during meetings when the management staff would announce new duties that we are responsible for that were completely outside our job description. Not a single person I knew in this company had a positive outlook, everyone was searching desperately for new and better opportunities.
