Don't believe the job advert. Terrible place to work, no social or development opps. Longer working week at over 42 hours with 30 min lunch, no sick pay and poor HR support. Can count on one hand the amount of meetings that were organised between departments, no collaboration at all. Senior management have meetings but information is not shared. More and more expected of you with no pay review, extra resource or support. No honest appraisal of your work, no opportunity to improve, learn or grow. Run don't walk!
