      Pros

      Two incredible female founders whose vision is inspiring, whose integrity sets a high standard, and whose care for every individual is genuine. They go above and beyond for their clients, always thinking deeply to find the best solutions. Some of my former colleagues follow Dare Design for many years, including the one work overseas.

      The office I worked in a co working space, it’s a bit limited…cozy but small…

      Because people here are nice, helpful, geniune and straightforward. No politics, but work. Life and work balance. Lots of snacks, different kinds of chocolates.

      Pros

      Larissa and Ivy they are different from each other and different from others in the business field: professional, empathic, dare to change, dare to ask, dare to say I don't agree with you. The working mode here is flexible, you could wfh, wfo or wfa. They urge you to rest at home until fully recovered from just a flu... When you are frustrated they encourage you by all means. And the most important thing is they are really intelligent bosses which are rare attributes nowadays.

      Cons

      Their office is a little bit small than I expected... But the great point is they are located in a co-working space so when I feel tiny teeny claustrophobia I just carry my laptop into public space...nice air...
