CEO since day one gave me the opportunity to grow and succeed. I was always listened to when I had suggestions on improving the workplace or how to provide better solutions for our clients. The entire team works extremely close with each other, the culture is fun, light-hearted, very sarcastic. The company rewards its employees, this has included company-paid trips in the past. Work hard, play hard mentality. If you want a place that cares about its employee's growth both personally and professionally, this is the place.

If you're looking for somewhere you can just skate by, probably isn't the place for you. The company will invest in you as much as you invest in the company.
