Lack of micromanagement means that you can approach projects as you see fit, good work-life balance, generous remote work policy
Cons
Lack of any real oversight for project development means goals are usually ill defined. Vague objectives were given for each month-long sprint but without any real timeline on how long these tasks should take or organized reporting of who's working on what, what the progress is, where the blocks are, etc.
Will play shady games with prospective employee. In my case, would not give an offer before trying to change previously agreed to start date and day after signed offer tried assigning a different job before even starting with company.
