Not matured into service sector. Its a product company with strong US based engineering focus however their service division is handled by sales team. This creates conflict of interest when servicing customers. Service decisions and handling is done by AE. AE has no background of you as PS team member and more inclined to presales team. Presales team will put all their work to post sales. Ultimately if u r part of service team u ll end up doing job of everyone but even then ur name wont be counted since company is sales focussed and not service focussed. Join if u r part of presales else AVOID

- Racially discriminative management - Work if you have patience to work with few idiotic brains in the industry, who at most don't understand their core job role
