Pros
Great location in City centre. There is a great ethos of innovation and the staff have very dynamic skill sets. I have learned so much from the team as they all share their knowledge and help everyone to succeed. It is a start-up business with the owners having exceptional vision on how the company will progress with technology.

Talented Dev team that was unfortunately not allowed to flourish by senior management
Cons
Literally everything. CEO was a total narcissist who refused to pay staff for months before they finally went into administration. Constant lies and belittling the staff was also a norm for him.
