You learn so much. If you put in the work you do reap the benefits. Loads of opportunities in the company. Exposed to many elements of a business and different environments. Make great friends. Opportunities to upskill and try your hand at different areas are never ending. I never experienced what other reviews here say and I thrived in the company. Never had any issues with management. Never felt unheard if I did ever have a problem.

Cons

I have no real cons. Maybe more team building days would be nice but I have no cons.
