Pros

- Interesting clients and large candidate base - Great location and culture - good place to make friends - Base pay can be decent - Monthly team incentives can be rewarding

Cons

- Desk have different working patterns but KPIs and expectations are standardised across the company. - If in a down period of recruitment, environment can become a little hostile - Little trust for consultants - Don't take mental health as seriously as they should. - A lot of micromanaging. - Slow to adapt with new technologies and needs.

- Can be micromanaged quite a bit - Not flexible with hours - The higher your salary, the less commission you get - Not much room for growth
