Pros

The office is in Industry City, which offers several attractive amenities including ping pong tournaments and the very excellent Summer Series presented by City Farm.

Cons

The President / Creative Director is an awkward, egocentric micromanager. Senior leadership is corrupt. Employees are somehow brainwashed to work insanely long hours, make personal sacrifices and aimlessly float within a business model that handsomely rewards those at the top and beats down the ones at the bottom. Working at David Stark must be what it is like to work at the Trump Organization.

Pros

Producers: great learning school! you will get to work round the clock with no recognition whatsoever ( except maybe an email to thank you for your "hard work"). Creatives: great for your portfolio although you need approval from management before being able to dispose of any images on projects your worked on (often till 3am). Please know that the process can take months. If you have DADDY'S issues, THIS IS YOUR PLACE!!! If you are looking to get burnt out, this is definitely YOUR place! Everyone (besides management) is great.

Cons

Toxic work environment. No work life balance. Lost of self estime. Management has zero management skills. No growth nor self development possible.

Pros

Company has very talented and dedicated coworkers. Some of the most hardworking people in the industry.

Cons

Pay is not good for the long hours you are expected to work. Lots of late nights-early morning overtime and occasional weekend work. Few opportunities for advancement. The team has done amazing work in the past, but projects have a set formula so work can start to feel repetitive.
