      Pros

      Easy to talk to the people at the top. Easy to work with others and everyone stays positive most of the time. Good benefits, casual atmosphere, very flexible overall.

      Cons

      The company has a bad time planning out the big projects. Going back and forth between departments and managers. Either doesn't have a defined development process or never sticks to it.

      Pros

      Flexibility, great staff, annual raises excellent company parties & potlucks, bonuses, outstanding HR... I would go back if I had the chance. Loved it!

      Cons

      Attitudes, outdated systems, high tempers, low flexibility (depending on position), a lot of people were fired without any writeups or warnings.
