I learned some valuable procedures that i've applied at my current job. Other than that there really is no Pros in working for this company.
Cons
Low pay! Davisco does not pay employees anywhere near what they're worth. This is consistent across all plants and locations. You will only get 6 days off a year for the major holidays and if they happen to fall on a weekend too bad. Strict on being even 1 minute late. The management likes to bully employees by threatening their jobs. I was personally lied to, harassed, and had items stolen from me. Human Resources did nothing about my concerns. Every employee is just a number and is replaceable in managements eyes. Company policies and privacy laws were broken on a daily basis by supervisors at my location.
