Supportive management who have experience in technician/clinical roles. Security is always on the floor. High change of promotion from within. Feedback during meetings is applied when applicable. Monthly staffing.

Cons

High turnover due to understaffing. High turnover due to burn out. Daily interactions with aggressive/hostile clients.
