Pros

The job is remote- that’s all the pros

Cons

Toxic workplace Constant criticism labeled as “feedback” Upper management does not listen to the voices of employees CEO and HR talk about current & former employees in a negative way No consideration for the unlimited PTO or end of workday CEO fires people out of the blue, and brags about it They give you six months to last here, and a lot of people leave way before then

Pros

When going into this company it seemed as if there were many pros as discussed in the interview. The items discussed and promoted about the company were false.

Cons

- the company has a high turnover rate - Not flexible for hours or benefits - Negative CEO. He talks negatively about all employees behind their backs - It is a small company. Not room to grow in - it is a very toxic and hostile work environment - the CEO does not know how to lead a team. He believes in tearing people down to mold them into what he wants.

Poorly Managed and High Turnover

Pros

getting to work remotely. the health benefits, only because a former employee pushed for good benefits for the sake of all the employees, easy to sell product/lots of leads for sales people, smart engineers

Cons

Pays men of the same level more than women, compensation is not based on performance, CEO would ask people to do things, encourage, or allow behavior that is illegal/inappropriate. no sense of business direction, the company has only survived due to a few key people despite the CEO's constant poor decision making. will hire people on a whim and then let them go when he changes his mind. many employees are not set up for success. high employee turnover. also CEO is a former drug dealer who lies to clients about his professional (M&A) background. just google his name and the state nebraska to read for yourself.
