      Pros

      I had a fairly flexible schedule? The other employees were nice? There's really not much to say here.

      Cons

      The environment was bad all around. I never felt like the CEO really cared enough about anything, he just wanted us to make him more money.

      Pros

      New company, good management with lots of feedback. Due to quick growth, many chances to advance and grow with the company. Ideas are listened to and if good solutions provided, they are acted on.

      Cons

      No benefits at this time. Salary/wages seem to be below industry standards. If you don't like change it would be a bad place to work.
