Pros
Down-to-earth executive team with decades of experience and the willingness to share that knowledge and mentor anyone who's willing to roll up their sleeves. Definitely not your typical "fly by the seat of your pants" startup. If you play your cards right you can own a lot of projects and see a lot get done in pretty short time.
Cons
Usual small company challenges--little structure, less mature benefits package, lots of day-to-day changes.
