Open 365 days. Lack of creativity by coorprate to progress business - no new ideas. Still living in the 80's Employees that go-with-the flow ("yes men") are adored whereas people who try to grow the business are ignored. Corporate has cult-like philospphies.

The CEO is entitled, arrogant and completely out of touch. His assistant is a snob. This company's entire "philosophy" is psycho-babble. Everything they do serves to further their image. The flourishing they tout is great in theory, and it would be wonderful if it were actually practiced, but it's not. Most of the people who work here are utterly miserable. If you are cold, calculating and a robot, then you might enjoy working for this company. Otherwise, steer clear. Also! Be careful what you say because they are always listening and monitoring. Super creepy.

They do not promote from within and hire incompetent managers. Operating Philosophy is used to gauge if you can stay with the company, Company is a cult.
