Worst company that I have ever worked for. Warning to others that are looking at the job postings.

I wish that I had something to put in the pros but I have nothing good to say about the management of this company at all. I am not a vindictive person. My purpose for posting is to help others avoid this poorly run company.

I have never written a review on this site before and hope to never do this again but I choose to write one now and warn others that might get sucked into this company because they are actively recruiting! This company is perhaps the worst company that I have ever worked for. I worked on a government contract that was awarded to this company because the WAY under bid the work. They were only able to retain 8 out of 19 people on the contract renewal because the communication, salaries and benefits were SO bad. Those of us that did transition to Decypher were treated so unprofessionally that three more people left in the first four months of 2018. Big egos, very rude and unprofessional from day one. Beware of company policies, they are difficult to find and have a number of inconsistencies and Gottcha’s. There is NO employee handbook so you are at the digression of you manager and that depends on the day. They may honor pre-employment agreements, they may not….. I have seriously never worked for a company that was so rude and badly run. I will not be at all surprised to see them lose the contract in Utah (only my guess). This opinion is not limited to the site here in Utah. It seems to be rampant from current and former employees in Texas that have been interviewing with other companies as well! I had to move to a different contract in order to get away from this company and the change was worth it! I have been trying to get my final pay information for a month and a half and have not received it yet.
