Pros

When i started with the company, it was a good company that encouraged experimentation though it didn't know what exactly it wanted to deliver to the world.

Cons

- Management is confused over what exactly to deliver - Management likes to meddle and interfere in how engineering does it work to the point of vetoing engineering - The ethos of this company is so low that it was disappointing - The entire Singapore team left within a short span given there was no way to reconcile The worst company i've ever had to work for.

Pros

+ work with a broad range of technologies and use cases + build up strong, double-digit technical team in Singapore office (note: the whole technical team in Singapore resigned in early 2017!)

Cons

- management (San Francisco based) not trustworthy - management prefers building showcases rather than capabilities (but promised otherwise) - no transparency on financial position; being paid salaries late was rather common
