-The ideal employee of DeepIntent is one who does not value their work life balance -For some roles, employees are expected to work on weekends, "it’s part of your responsibilities for the role“...this is healthcare advertising...not actual healthcare... -company has unlimited PTO but you need to go through a lot of hoops to actually use them -once you do return from your time off, you return to mountain of work, which absolutely ruins the enjoyment of PTO -Poor work like balance -Company has a strict 2 hour response time to client emails which multiple employees are stressed about -A culture has been developed of being glued to your cell phone/laptop for fear of not responding in a timely manner and being reprimanded. -minimal career growth/development offered. If you speak about career development/growth, you're advised to simply stick to your job.. -when a new process is introduced, all junior employees are expected to adhere to the process and not at all question it. Any attempts to improve/discuss/correct the process are viewed not being a team player or being insubordinate. -Several teams have complained of being overworked and stretched too thin, and leadership says “ we hear you and we are actively working on this for you” repeatedly, with no actual changes -Company preaches about diversity & inclusion however minimal diversity in senior leadership/C-suite roles. -low/non competitive salaries Please do not reply/comment on this.
