Thank you for taking the time to write a review. It’s unfortunate you didn’t have a better experience during your time working at DeepIntent. While no organization is perfect, what you’re describing doesn’t align with the commitment and dedication we see every day from our employees who make DeepIntent a unique company. While scaling a company can be challenging at times, we have created a promise to our employees to be open to all ideas, treat people with respect and consider feedback about how we can do better. We are focused on investing in our people through training, career development, wellness benefits, among other programs. We collect feedback often and know the large majority of our employees are excited to be here. Contrary to your statement, our turnover rate is low comparable to other tech companies of our size. The work we do is important and helping our clients succeed allows us to advance our mission of improving patient outcomes. Although DeepIntent wasn’t the right fit for you, I hope that you find success in your future roles.

Pros

Pros: Fully remote option Friendly staff Increasing market share in the CTV space Wifi expense paid for by company

Cons

-The ideal employee of DeepIntent is one who does not value their work life balance -For some roles, employees are expected to work on weekends, "it’s part of your responsibilities for the role“...this is healthcare advertising...not actual healthcare... -company has unlimited PTO but you need to go through a lot of hoops to actually use them -once you do return from your time off, you return to mountain of work, which absolutely ruins the enjoyment of PTO -Poor work like balance -Company has a strict 2 hour response time to client emails which multiple employees are stressed about -A culture has been developed of being glued to your cell phone/laptop for fear of not responding in a timely manner and being reprimanded. -minimal career growth/development offered. If you speak about career development/growth, you're advised to simply stick to your job.. -when a new process is introduced, all junior employees are expected to adhere to the process and not at all question it. Any attempts to improve/discuss/correct the process are viewed not being a team player or being insubordinate. -Several teams have complained of being overworked and stretched too thin, and leadership says “ we hear you and we are actively working on this for you” repeatedly, with no actual changes -Company preaches about diversity & inclusion however minimal diversity in senior leadership/C-suite roles. -low/non competitive salaries Please do not reply/comment on this. Thanks.

Pros

Some nice people, but most want to leave.

Cons

Disorganized, lack of trust internally, infighting, no sense of team, narcissistic people promoted, lack of female leadership, boys club mentality. Clients like the product but think a few of the sales guys are jerks and the company seems to promote these types. If you are a talented sales person I wouldn't recommend you work here.
