      Definiti’s fast paced, high-growth environment is a strong fit for people who enjoy building, scaling, and improving processes quickly. The organization embraces technology, with a focus on modern tools and automation to streamline work and elevate the client experience. Because it’s a growing TPA, there’s meaningful opportunity to make an impact on how service is delivered and to help shape standards and best practices. The pace and variety of work can also accelerate development through cross-functional projects that deepen retirement services expertise. Finally, the ambition to become a provider of choice in the TPA space creates momentum, alignment, and pride in the mission.

      Cons

      With rapid growth comes intensity and priorities can shift quickly and flexibility is essential. In a scaling organization, roles and responsibilities may evolve as processes mature, which can feel ambiguous for those who prefer clearly defined lanes. A strong push toward technology and continuous improvement also requires ongoing learning and change management, which may be challenging for people who prefer established routines. A relationship with a supervisor is critical as everyone needs to feel supported and valued. We also acknowledge your feedback on strict quotas and the need for additional training. Within Loans and Distributions, we refer to quotas as our production numbers. Processing loans and distributions at the production rate is critical as our participants are requesting access to their retirement funds for urgent needs. We have intentionally focused on improving the speed and accuracy of processing loans and distributions this year and will continue to refine expectations and training, so production numbers are realistic and fair. Definiti truly values its employees and makes a real effort to recognize hard work and dedication. The culture is collaborative, supportive, and welcoming, and leadership is approachable and appreciative. I feel trusted to do my job and supported when questions come up, which makes a big difference day to day.

      As the company grows, processes can change quickly, so flexibility is important, but the support to adapt is always there.
