Meaningful mission with a hands-on opportunity to positively impact an at-risk population

Cons

You are part of a team that builds the plane after it's in the air. If you have a high tolerance for risk and ambuigity, this is an environment where you can blue-sky ideas and test your wings. If money is what you need to incentivize your interest and investment, this isn't the company. If you are propelled by passion and purpose, prison may be your place.
