      They are very accommodating for military schedule for NG and Reserve military service

      Cons

      Some leaders have "favorites" which are allowed to get away with things that others have received write-ups for.

      They give reasonable starting salaries Good company hours: 7:30-4 in the summer, every Friday you get off at 4. They are family owned, not corporate

      Cons

      There are not performance based salaries in the budget The family health insurance is very expensive There are some outdated business practices/inneficiencies
