      Pros

      There are really no good reasons to work here. Poorly managed on all levels. High employee turnover due to substandard working conditions. Mediocre pay given how much work they want you to do. Low employee morale.

      Cons

      Incompetent management. Low pay. Long hours. Demanding, often rude, clientele. Poor communication between management and staff. Unprofessional, unfriendly management.

      Pros

      The hotels themselves are nice to work in. Has the potential to be a great company to work for, many of the employees are great, but with such poor management, that often gets overlooked and undermined

      Cons

      I don’t recommend if you’re seeking a respectful, professional, or fair work environment. The company culture is very toxic, there has been zero account of leadership, and there is no opportunity for growth. Accountability only applies when it’s convenient for management. It’s shocking for what appears to be such a luxurious company to be so poorly managed in reality. And with more hotels opening it will only get much worse.
