Environment where leadership is striving to always do better, and to constantly improve. The challenges presented are in constant effort of refining the employee to not only be a professional, but to be a master of their craft.
This is mixed in with a mindset to always attempt to do what makes sense for the employee. To create an environment where the employee has control over the aspects of work they find most important.
Cons
There is a constant need to improve and change as the next milestone is achieved/discovered both from a company stand point as well as the individual. There is no "made it" and this is a lean company. These combined can cause stress for individuals who do not deal well with change or are looking for redundancy in their day-to-day.
Working at delegate always exposes you to technologies and business processes that you have never seen before. That's apart of what makes it fun to work here, every day is different and every client brings with them their own technologies and processes to learn and get familiar with.
Cons
A portion of your clients will always have a system that you have never seen, and you have to like quickly adapting to manage unfamiliar technologies. That's apart of the growth process though, so I'm not sure if it's a con, more that it CAN be a con to some people
