Pros
Environment where leadership is striving to always do better, and to constantly improve. The challenges presented are in constant effort of refining the employee to not only be a professional, but to be a master of their craft. This is mixed in with a mindset to always attempt to do what makes sense for the employee. To create an environment where the employee has control over the aspects of work they find most important.
Cons
There is a constant need to improve and change as the next milestone is achieved/discovered both from a company stand point as well as the individual. There is no "made it" and this is a lean company. These combined can cause stress for individuals who do not deal well with change or are looking for redundancy in their day-to-day.
