      You can learn by yourself and test different process + launching initiatives

      Cons

      Not enough support from the HQ in Paris. Each plant is free to do what they want and that means the processess are not the same.

      Pros

      A good environment for mastering the documentation system in the pharmaceutical industry. A company in perpetual movement towards new specialties and therefore new projects and extensions. Endless performance testing, a good learning ground.

      Cons

      Management company that buys bankrupt units. Super-competitive, borderline toxic environment with colleagues in “Battle Royal” mode. Thinly veiled micro-management. Few opportunities for advancement, employees treading water for more than 10.
