Pros

Nice enough office, people are usually friendly, allotted employee vacation time is fair, large break room, vision, medical, and dental insurance

Cons

No employee development or recognition, no intercompany communication, company stays reactive, old outdated systems and software, people promoted to management and not given any management training, benefits horribly expensive, high turn over rate, dysfunctional, no sick days

Pros

Good work environment with very knowledgeable employees that have education and experience. They offer competative pay. weekends and overtime work ate usually not necessary.

Cons

The company is self-insured which leads to pretty high premiums. Top leadership is reactive to issues rather than proactive. Knowledge workers are not asked for their opinion.
