      I can never recommend anyone to work with Delta Express.

      Cons

      1. No respect for emplyees from the top management. 2. Fake company, the company is based in Kyiv, Ukraine but they always says to their clients over the phone and email that they are based in the USA and Poland. 3. The managers are just focus on making money but has no interest of their staffs at heart. 4. Ukrainian company, the ukrainian managers has no human touch for especially the foriegn staffs. 5. Poorly structured, racist,not friendly people to work with,

      Flexible schedule, good dispatch team, great management team

      Cons

      Nothing in particular about the company. I left because the market is saturated with illegals and uninsured drivers that are accepting any pay for loads which is hurting the industry as a whole
