Pros
Great work-life balance! Deltacron encourages its employees to work within office hours; hence, when you go back home, you are relaxed. You are encouraged to work at your pace. The company can introduce a hybrid mode of work though. The environment is good and the colleagues are friendly. The company focuses on research and constant learning which helped me to grow professionally. The constant mentorship that I get from highly skilled professionals is undoubtedly the best thing I got so far! Loved my work experience here!
Cons
Overall my experience is very good but I want to add something here, HR needs to work on the perks and benefits it is providing to the employees. There are absolutely no more cons!

Pros
Working at Deltacron is a blast!! Great compensation, interesting problems to work on, and, of course, super teammates make this a great fit for me. I love coming here, grabbing my cup of coffee, and tackling whatever the day has in store for me. I feel like I'm making an impact within my first 4 months and am growing my technical skills more quickly than in any other role I‘ve ever had.
Cons
So far, everything is amazing, but we are a group of a small team and are hoping to have more super characters on our team!
