Demcon has a nice, open atmosphere with interesting projects and friendly colleagues.

Pros
Demcon provides a very nice and open work atmosphere. The projects are interesting and diverse (from one-offs for semiconductor industries to complete medical product development). The colleagues are friendly as well.
Cons
Bit chaotic at times due to all the different projects. Projects often have tight deadlines and budgets.

Good Team and work experience. Interesting projects nice group activities
Cons
Goals are project driven and sometimes projects get canceled middle of the period hence everything freezes leading to budgetary issues and cancellation of external employees contracts. For permanent positions Managers sometime has to knit pick/micromanage spent work hours
