Pros

fun company events, might learn some stuff depending on the group you end up in, a few good people to learn from.

Cons

cliquey management, lack of commitment to improve tooling or engineering processes, misogynist company values "be the customer's wingman", poor communication between teams, noisy disruptive environment, poor cross-office collaboration, lack of career growth depending on your role.

Pros

A few great people. There were folks that seemed like they would take on anything in order to "ship it"

Cons

Unwilling or afraid of process change. Every decision had to go through all layers of management and leadership and often took too long for approval and opportunities were missed. When process and procedures did change they were rarely fully executed with loose buy-in from management and often tossed away when someone didn't agree. Limited career growth. Lack of respect between teams, management, and leadership that caused a rift between a large portion of the company. Immature management and leadership.
