Great place to learn Mac/Linux/Windows in a fast pace environment Great place to learn those skills and then move on

Great place to learn new technology and get experience before moving on.

Cons

Management is abusive, toxic and likes micromanaging employees. Pay was in the basement, minimal benefits, no interaction with students, most professors acted like they were God's gift to the institution. Have been in counseling since I left to deal with workplace anxiety.

As an employer, DS is going to fail if it doesn’t adapt. Giving both basement pay and bare minimum PTO structures is a recipe for turnover and bad hires. Like many higher Ed institutes, it’s slow moving and resistant to the bold strokes necessary to move into the future. 2% raises during historic inflation is giving active pay cuts to your staff each year.
