      To many hands in the pot

      Pros

      They do not over work their employees, flexible hours. They are big on dealing with personal life first.

      Cons

      To many loops to jump through to get things you need, sometimes they make you travel to other offices to for coverage, they could pay more for employees with experience and skills.

      Terrible management, they look out for themselves, not the best interest of the team. Terrible communication from management to employees.
