      Worst job I ever had. I felt like I was in jail there's no training yet they expect you to know everything right away.

      Pros

      Good products, nice having weekends off and some holidays off good work schedule typical 8:30 to 5 shift other than that this place was a joke.

      Cons

      Micro manage, horrible management felt like I was in jail. They close for 2 weeks during Christmas and unless you have vacation you don't get paid!!!

      Pros

      He does have a good product.

      Cons

      Owner does not know how to run a company. He fires his outside sales team every December. He has no idea what it takes. He needs to sample out his product.

      Too unorganized and very cheap people are over worked and underpaid
